Be default, completed circulations move to the Archive. To see the list of archived circulations, select the Circulation Archive menu option.

To help locate circulations in the Archive, CuteFlow has some powerful filter options. To view the filter options, select the Advanced Filter Options checkbox.

The Advanced Filter Options screen will display allowing you to set options to view only the archived circulations you’re interested in.

Also on this screen you have the ability to save your filter options (Save Filter), and/or retrieve a list of saved filter options (Choose Filter).

Once your filter options are set, select the (Start Filter) icon to filter the list of archived circulations.

Note: These same filter options are available in the list of current circulations on the Circulations screen and also on your To Do screen.
